Does money bring happiness?

Our approach is how to find happiness and satisfaction with what we already have while building and creating a creativity property investment company with the following values:

• We don’t work for money ... if the world wants what we have to give and if we’re having fun then we’re going to give more (to give a better service). If we have a passion and we’re loving it and creative the world will want it, which then becomes an accident to make the money and a joy to sit at the table and play the game 

• Internal happiness is very important as opposed to external joy. Our understanding of wealth and money comes from a completely different perspective ... it’s about finding satisfaction in what we already have - appreciation! 

• We believe in karma ... so treat everyone with respect truth and honesty to be the best person we can. We all fall down sometimes so just remember to get back up! Redemption is a virtue 

• To focus on what we give - our life is either giving and receiving ... we can’t receive unless we give well!

• If we find something that will change the way people live or if you can offer something to the world that people love enough to pay you there will be money!

We are filling a gap in the market where no other property developers are making any meaningful impact and are purely profit driven. Driven purely by profit is not one of our core beliefs or values in fact it’s the opposite. Instead of dated and poor quality designed housing were are going to challenge this narrative with property investment renovation and innovation, lead by design, creativity, simplicity and beauty. By holding ourselves accountable to these values we will be able to build a micro-brand property investment business. In doing so we must offer a quality service and product, and if our service and design work is so great people will either tell their friends or purchase again in the future - then we’re in business!  This is the growth which will accelerate the business towards the future - word of mouth advertising - people sharing something of which makes them proud and enhances their own status - it’s all about status!

For those trapped in poverty, it’s very hard to take advantage of opportunities, let alone find space to contribute more broadly to the community and the wider society that they are part of. Our mission is to create a world where entry level housing can enrich people’s lives through design and creative ideas. For every level people are caught and defined within each layer, and there will always be people in each layer either moving up or down the spectrum. Our market are those trapped awkwardly within the lower sub-strata level of affordable housing and to create value and wealth for them.

Overall, Renaissance Merchant Capital can provide a powerful tool for fighting poverty and promoting economic growth by providing affordable housing with an added advantage of simplistic beauty in design.
