Big things come from small beginnings. In our case it begins with ‘one’ luxury suite. The aim of Renaissance Hotel Group - Boutique Suites (RHG) is to build a collection of luxury boutique suites individually and privately managed providing a unique guest experience. 

We will use online platforms as automated reservations systems with each completed unit under the management of RHG. The idea is to group our finished units into an exclusive rental pool using online automated platforms to maximize cashflow and streamline efficiency. By creating a premium brand we will be able to charge slightly more than our competitors and offer a unique experience. With our unique interior design and functionality we will be able to offer something very special for each guest experience. Think boutique hotels with a difference - individually and privately managed boutique suites. 

Within the Philippines unlike many other East Asian countries the selection of luxury accommodation is sparse and most luxury products and services are very expensive - on the same price levels as the international markets but not quite reaching the same high standard specifications. This is another delta disconnect and therefore an opportunity. If we can offer a mid market luxury product and service with a unique and boutique approach this could open a new niche accommodation market within Cebu, Philippines. 

We have noticed with accommodation it’s either super luxury and super expensive or just plain average and the average on an international standard is well below international standard averages. What if we could change that? What if we could offer a luxury product and service within an affordable price point? Something unique and special.
